Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms. Breaking these terms may lead to legal actions.

Modification of Terms

At our discretion, Astute Tutors, LLC may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Astute Tutors offers 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back. What this means is that if you are not satisfied with your tutoring session, we will either connect you with a new tutor or refund you for the tutoring hours you did not use.

Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.

1. The client and/or student may not attempt to or schedule private tutoring sessions with tutors associated with Astute Tutors if the sessions were not authorized by Astute Tutors.

2. Clients/students must pay Astute Tutors for tutoring sessions directly and not to or through their assigned tutor.

Termination

Astute Tutors reserves the right to terminate access to our site, block future use of our services, or pursue legal actions if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.

Legal Ramifications

Violations of Astute Tutors, LLC terms or use will result in legal ramifications and the client/student will be responsible for the full cost of tutoring sessions, lawyer's fees, and any additional charges deemed necessary by Astute Tutors.
